An employee empathy map allows HR to:
Gain a deeper insight into their employees by asking the following questions;
- What would the employee be thinking & feeling? What are some of their worries and aspirations?
- What would their friends, colleagues, and boss be likely to say while the employee is using our program?
- What would the employee hear in these scenarios?
- What would the employee see while using our program in their environment?
- What might the employee be saying and/or doing while using our program?
- What are some of the employees’ pain points or fears when using our program?
- What gains might the employee experience when using our product?
