design thinking for hr leaders masterclass

MASTERCLASS OVERVIEW

International Leadership Educator, HR Executive and HR design thinker, Kristyn Haywood, will lead your Masterclass, outlining the 5 phases of design thinking and the philosophies behind each of them in order to design an employee experience where your people feel compelled to offer their intellectual, emotional and spiritual energy to their work and organisation.

Kristyn will walk you through the design thinking process, offering practical real-world examples at each of the following phases: Empathise, Define, Ideate, Prototype and Test.  By using this simple process with its underlying philosophies such as ‘design as if you are wrong and test as if you are right', HR Leaders can reimagine tired, traditional HR programs throughout the employee lifecycle.

The design thinking methodology along with its philosophies provides rapid, innovative, and simple ways to attract, retain, grow, and motivate a workforce that has more choices to ‘stay or go’ than ever before. Business leaders expect HR’s role to be heavily focused on designing employee experiences that help attract and retain its most precious resource. Without a top-notch workforce, HR cannot hope to strongly support the C-Suit to solve its business challenges.

The ultimate employee experience has a connection at its core; connection to the organisation’s purpose, connection to the work, connection to each other and connection to oneself.

DESIGN THINKING PHILOSOPHIES

The design thinking philosophies shared in this dynamic Masterclass offer business leaders and HR professionals a personal experience; an invitation to step out of a traditional hierarchical headspace and into a deeply human one.

We have delivered this program in-house to many whole HR teams and leadership teams. In fact we do more inhouse programs than public programs. It's a wonderful way to experience the program with the added benefit of choosing which part of the employee lifecycle you would like to redesign.
