Kristyn had a successful career as a HR Executive for a publicly listed Australian Company. Kristyn often ignored the governance side of HR in favour of DESIGN! She designed programs & processes at every stage of the employee lifecycle. 

When Kristyn's passion for Leadership & Coaching became obsessive she left her HR Executive role and founded People for Success where she continues to deliver values-based leadership education

Kristyn has a Master of Business in Employment Relations and an Advanced Diploma of Human Resources. Her Master's thesis showed that 360-degree feedback in a leader's performance appraisal improves team performance and engagement

In 2019 Kristyn travelled to Washington DC to study with Dr Mary Gentile, the creator of Giving Voice to Values (GVV) GVV is an action-oriented approach to values-driven leadership that prepares people to effectively act on their values.

Kristyn is accredited to deliver The Leadership Circle and the Lifestyles Inventory.  She is an accredited coach specialising in the Generative Coaching method by Dr Stephen Gilligan.

Kristyn's divides her passions between leadership/design thinking education and the not-for-profit she founded - Expand Now which exists to radically lift the confidence of people who want to make a difference in the world. Kristyn & members of Expand Now are building a non-competetive community to lift each other up.
